Pack On The Go helped us out after a house fire with the cleaning, deodorizing, and moving of all our belongings. Can’t say enough about the good job David, AJ, and Edy did.
Great job by this packing company. They took their time and were very thorough. They made sure they didn’t damage floors or furniture. Every call was answered promptly and every employee was pleasant. Only one broken item and they were very receptive and willing to try to replace or reimburse within just a few days.
Juan and Lili are the best people to have on your side. They are very professional and work well. I appreciate their work ethic. Thanks to that team,I build a trust in this company. They’re loyal.

Edited: Pack on the Go reached out to me after my original review. They paid to repair the floor and reimbursed us for the furniture damage.They were hired by my insurance company to move us out of our house temporarily while we had work done. I watched them damage my brand new floor (multiple unrepairable dings) with my own eyes yet they refused to accept responsibility. We had damage on other furniture that they clearly tried to hide with wood colored markers. I would NOT hire this company. Not to mention they charged my insurance company astronomical amount for the job. Pure highway robbery.
So we used these guys for a large loss fire claim down in Boca. These were high end contents and a demanding schedule and they handled it great. I was super impressed when I called multiple sources and they all pointed to these guys. Great company good prices no surprises.
