When contents damaged from water, fire, smoke, mold or wind are not salvageable; or cannot be restored to pre-loss condition, Pack On The Go will create a Total Loss Inventory list for your insurance company.

HOW DO WE CONDUCT A TOTAL LOSS REPORT AND VALUATION?

All items are photographed and videoed, then added to our Contents Management System with as much detail as possible – physical description, size, brand, model, serial number, location in property, etc.

To the best of your ability, you provide the original purchase price, location and year of purchase. But don’t worry if you don’t have this information. Pack On The Go is also able to have the items valued on your behalf.

Once the total loss list has been approved and the claim is closed, Pack On The Go then disposes of the items properly.
